We Ship Worldwide!

NewGMparts.com can ship new, original GM parts and accessories anywhere in the U.S. and to many countries around the world. We work with all the shipping companies you know (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL etc.), as well as a host of shipping solutions that - quite frankly - most of our competitors have no experience with. We can send parts almost anywhere in the world using a combination of services, from truck cargo to air freight to ocean-going cargo container.

The best part? We don't "pad" our shipping charges to try and make up for our wholesale part pricing.

We Believe in No-Hassle Returns

While we can't accept returns on every part we sell (we can't take back obsolete, discontinued, or obsolete parts, service/repair Manuals, custom made products, special orders, CDs and DVDs, auto body parts, or electrical/computer parts that have been unsealed or plugged in)*, we've worked hard to make returns as simple as possible:

Call us within 20 days of receiving your part
Once we've verified your order details, we'll generate a return authorization number
Send us your parts for a full refund, minus a restocking fee and shipping costs

NOTE: If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order, you are not responsible for return shipping charges.
