You can return almost* any item bought on GetOEMParts.com within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Ready to make your return? Just follow the steps below.
1. Contact Us
Contact one of our Customer Support Specialists Via our Live chat feature by navigating to the bottom right-hand corner of the Tasca Parts homepage within 30 days of your delivery receipt.
2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) # and Form
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form. You can also download the RA form.
3. Return Your Items in Original Packaging
Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
*** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or GetOEMParts.com error.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of your part(s) (excluding initial and return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to place the order. Typically within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
- While the majority of products featured on Getoemparts.com are eligible for a return, Please note that the sale of certain Hazmat materials E.G, Seatbelts and, Airbags products are final, and customers cannot cancel orders that have been confirmed by Getoemparts.com or return, exchange, or claim a refund or credit for those products, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions.
